He is an architect and a retired permanent secretary in the old and present Oyo State.
EXECUTIVE VICE CHAIRMAN
Alhaja A.T. Malik FNIM, MBA, CEO
Mrs Adijat Malik holds a higher National Diploma in Accounting and a Master’s degree in Business Administration. She is a Fellow of Nigerian Institute of Management (FNIM).
She started her Accounting career with the University College Hospital (UCH), Ibadan as an account clerk in 1969, she subsequently moved to the United Bank of Africa (UBA) in 1973 where she rose through the ranks to become the Branch Operations Manager and later retired in 1998.
During her 25 years at UBA, she held strategic roles within the Organization and was actively involved in policy formulation, management accounting, financial accounting and client relationship.
In furtherance of her career in banking, Mrs. Malik assumed the role of Non-Executive Director at the Trans International Bank (TIB) now Heritage Bank, from 2000-2002. During this period, she worked in various committees in charge of Business Development, Credit and Investment, Audit, Debit Recovery and Budget. Subsequently, First Trustee Nigeria ltd a subsidiary of First Bank Nigeria Plc appointed her as a Non-executive Director from 2010-2013 where she worked alongside other directors and boards members, to provide strategic directions for the investment business.
It was her passion for women and children that motivated her to established Mother and Girl-Child Protection Initiative (MAGI) in 2012. The NGO was officially launched in February 2014.
Mrs. Malik is a devout Muslim and an active member of the federation of Muslim Women Association of Nigeria (FOMWAN) Oyo State Branch. Mrs. Malik is the Ameerah of Oluyole Muslim Community (Alasalatu Women Group) Oluyole Estate Ibadan.
She is happily married to Professor S.H.A. Malik and they are blessed with five children.
Mrs. Malik is actively involved in the welfare and protection of women and children, she is a member of Child Protection Network (CPN) Oyo State Chapter a conglomerate of NGO’s established by UNICEF.

Mr. Malik is an experienced finance professional with international exposure and a proven track record of guiding major business decisions. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in U.K.

Mrs Bolande Adeniyi
Mrs. Adeniyi is a renowned educationist for over 40 years, a motivational speaker, a councilor by profession, she also render community service. She retired as a secondary school principal in the year 2015 in Oyo State Teaching Service Commission (TESCOM) with remarkable achievement, a position she held for 12 years. She is presently the CEO of Tees Crown Venture, Ibadan.
Mrs Foluke Oluyemisi Abimbola (LL.M), PhD
Mrs Abimbola has been active legal practice ever since her call to the Nigerian Bar. She started her legal career with Chief C.J Aremu SAN as an intern from the Nigerian Law School, Lagos where she had her first taste of legal practice. She is presently the Managing Partner of the Prime Solicitors firm specializing in Environmental law, Family Law, Human Rights, Corporate and Commercial Practice.
Mrs Abimbola became active in human rights advocacy when she became a member of the International Federation of Women Lawyers (FIDA) Oyo state branch in the year 1999 and has over the years represented several women and children in defending various human right abuse cases of torture, forced marriages, discrimination, rape, harmful widowhood practices, HIV/AIDS stigmatization cases before various courts and administrative tribunals. She also has organized and participated in several advocacy visits to several agencies and communities to sensitize people about their rights and remedies for abuse.
Her passion for empowering women and girls brought her into contact with Mother and Girl-Child Protection Initiative (MAGI) and she is a member of the board as well as the Legal Adviser.
MRS ENIOLA LUCY (JP)
Mrs. Eniola is a seasoned educationist, an administrator, a social, sexual, and reproductive health educator, a motivator, passionate and committed to giving back to the society using the knowledge, skills and experience gathered over the course of life in Oyo State Civil Service with the ability to handle multiple tasks on a daily basis. Mrs. Eniola has undergone various trainings over the years locally, nationally and internationally on advocacy, youth programming, community Mobilization, Women Empowerment Programs, Capacity Building for Policy Makers, teachers and students. She is a key player in resource Mobilization, Project planning and management. Lucy Eniola has her first and second degrees in Education from University of Ibadan. She rose to the position of an executive Secretary in the state civil service before her retirement. She served on various boards in the state civil service. She is now the secretary of a reputable NGO (MAGI) based in Ibadan. She is married with children and grandchildren.
